Where we ship

Piranha Packs ships physical cards within the United States using USPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days after purchase. This is the time needed to prepare and hand your order to USPS. Carrier transit time is additional.

Choosing a faster shipping service changes the carrier service, not our processing time.

Your card and tracking

We ship the card assigned to each purchased pack to the shipping address entered at checkout. Your card ships even if you do not watch the online reveal. No separate shipping request is needed.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from processing time.

Questions or an issue with delivery

Email carter@piranhapacks.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. For a damaged or incorrect card, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the card and packaging. See our return and refund policy for return instructions and postage responsibilities.
