How It Works

Each pack contains one graded Pokémon card from that tier’s current batch. Explore the current card lineup and estimated values on the pack page. You cannot choose your card.

Choose Bronze ($27.50), Silver ($85) or Gold ($210), then pay through Shopify checkout. Enter your email and US shipping address. Shipping and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Signing in is optional.

After payment is confirmed, select Open your pack on the checkout confirmation page. Your pack opens on the Piranha website without signing in. Your confirmation email links back to your order for later access. Each pack has one saved result, so refreshing or replaying never changes your card.

Selection is completely random. Each eligible, unassigned physical card remaining in your tier’s batch has an equal chance at the moment of selection. Cards are selected without replacement. The odds change as cards leave the batch; value and rarity do not increase or decrease a card’s chance.

Estimated values appear in the card gallery and with your revealed card. These are estimates, not a guaranteed resale price. Your card’s estimated value may be higher or lower than the pack price.

Bronze, Silver and Gold each have their own fixed batch. A tier can sell out and receive a new batch while the other tiers continue selling. An assigned physical card cannot be pulled again.

Orders ship within 3 to 7 business days after purchase. Carrier transit time is additional. We ship within the United States using USPS, with shipping calculated at checkout. Your assigned card ships to your checkout address even if you never watch the reveal. No separate shipping request is needed.

Pack purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded because of the card pulled or its value. If your card arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect card, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the card and packaging. Customers pay return postage for damaged cards. We cover return postage if we sent an incorrect card. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return and a refund or replacement.

Enter your email in the welcome offer to receive your unique 20% code. It applies to Bronze packs on your first order only. Silver packs, Gold packs and gift cards are excluded. One use per customer. Cannot be combined with other discounts.

No. You can check out and open your pack as a guest. An optional account lets you keep your purchases and revealed cards together. Use the same email you entered at checkout.
